Why do they exist? What was their intended purpose? Clearly whatever they had planned for these things didn't work as they are completely outclassed by their higher impact counterparts. Should something be done about these weapons and their place in pvp/pve, if they even have one? Edit: So from what I can tell, High RoF sidearms and fusions are at least decent with the right roll, but shotguns and snipers with low impact also have low reserve ammo and little to no advantage in terms of stats. I'd like to see at least a clarification on what roles these weapons are supposed to fill. For what reason would you choose a low impact sniper/shotgun over one with high impact.
