Is that it can't be everything at once. You have Call of Duty maps (messy, just aesthetically pleasing), Titanfall mobility (Fine, not quite. Probably Advanced Warfare. Never played either.), and Halo guns (Primaries take forever to kill with. They're garbage when you can zip around with a shotgun and win). There are fundamental flaws that no amount of Weapon Balancing can fix. By the time the sequel releases, the developers need to set a concrete pace for the multiplayer [i]and stick with it.[/i]
Edit; look, the issue is that the maps are asymmetrical and imbalanced (with most of them being CQC), and a lot of guns are weaker because of the high mobility and handling that makes Shotguns and Sniper Rifles so effective throughout the games history. Primaries -blam!-ing suck and the maps are awful.

We need open maps to use our mobility and swift movements then it could be considered competitive. Well that and fix the connections and minus damage referee and bloom. But seriously the maps lol....
