They need to tighten up initial accuracy on them. Could be a real game changer without going overboard. It would reduce Bloom's impact a tad on the far end without giving them godly accuracy at longer ranges. Would also go a long way towards improving the closer/midrange to improve the odds for dealing with the rushers with the shotguns. It is a chance to strike a fair compromise with Bungie. They get to keep their coveted bloom mechanic. If done right, it could fix the gunplay issues inside of 20 meters that at times feels like a game of chance far more than a game of skill. Also, by reigning in the impact of bloom a bit, it would allow some wiggle room for using alternative perks instead of stacking range all the time, while still preserving a good game for the more skilled hand in the 30-40 meter range so they could still rattle some cages of the pulse/scout users without outright overpowering them like everyone from Y1 is afraid of seeing.
