Why don't we leave the matador and the clever dragon the way they are (please listen past this) and buff everything to that standard.
Just saying might pull the ability spam back a little more too.

How's about certain archetypes need to be "nerfed" so that other archetypes have an easier time competing. Time to kill in the game is incredibly fast. I do agree that everything should be more or less on the same playing field, at their effective range..

That would be awesome, but they should rework flinch. It is just illogical that there is damage falloff and flinch is always the same. Make it tied to range and impact.
