Weapon Balance Please?
How much longer till the balance Bungie? At least can we get a hint, if and what primaries are getting buffed/nerfed? Its obvious that the Slow RoF archetypes need a buff in order to compete with there Faster RoF.
But, honestly this is far to long, can we finally change it up? You've got a lot to think about, whether its the character movement speed to the actual weapon balancing. But I mean seriously can we get something?
I actually would want exotics to be worth using, could they get a Stat buff?
Red Death is a example; it needs more range and stability in order to even compete with the other Slow RoF. Let alone with the current Faster RoF.
Boolean Gemini could have its exotic perk combined? Instead of choosing a weird setup.
Without Bloom The First Curse is more usable. Without Bloom the Handcannons could be overpowered. But tell us how you can figure that out, a damage nerf? With range fall off? Something to let us know?
The last meta and this one just supports Special weapons and certain primary weapons.
Can we know, just what's going on with a Weapon Balance Patch soon?

1 ReplyThey took down cosmos post on balance so my guess is they got enough feedback and hopefully they take their time and get it right. They finally admitted merging everything was the easy way out and need to stop doing that. They started a nerf Triain w the first couple nerfs and it hasn't stopped. Seriously, bungie nerfed almost everything in the game. Almost every ability, super, Grenade, perks, guns, exotics, ammo, drop rate, etc. Year 1 was amazing and every nerf just made this game worse and worse. That being said it's the best game I ever played but it's also the worst. SBMM totally changed pvp. Should have had a SBMM and Non SBMM playlist. Or players new to the game would have a newbie playlist and once they played enough games they could "graduate" into a new playlist.

3 RepliesThe only way I think positively about this is they need to take their time. This is a huge mess and with every move they make, balance is going to fight back. It's like a chess game, where you want a stalemate, no side can win, absolute balance on both ends. Working towards equality, although that is a nasty word to use for this game.

2 RepliesI know man I feel like the community has been asking for stuff since ROI dropped and Bungie has just kinda been MIA. Maybe they are content to just slowly let the game die, cause honestly that's exactly what is happening. Player population is dropping fast which is only increasing other frustrating issues such as connection and hostile relations within the elitist and casual community members. Bungie we need something, starting with a weapon and class balance to freshen things up. I know its a stretch but some extra PvE content could help boost player populations til D2. Hell start talking up D2 to get the hype-train rolling. I just feel like bungie has left us in the dark lately, and because of that many players are losing hope and leaving the game.

finally somebody who shares my opinion, i feel like people love this meta because it is so unbalanced. give a chance to low rate of fire scouts or first curse, lest they be outgunned by nearly everything else.
