Upper tower open
Anyone know what's up with the upper tower being open?

4 RepliesYou're over a week late now bud. It's open forever now. Banner has nothing to do with that room now, and this lets them add future kiosks in a nice central location. Also, the dead ghost in there is easily accessible now.
