Xur NO 3OC but Current Exotic Engram!!!!- Location, Inventory/Recommendations - Dec 30-31, 2016 - Suros Regime [Week 121]
So odd week in that Xur forgot 3OC again even though Bungie said this wasn't intentional last week but the exotic this week is not a legacy so it can decrypt right up to 400!
