Bad Perks = Help Them!
Ever got a new shiny sniper from ranking up, only to find that it has perks like Guerrilla Fighter or Take a Knee? I have! And trust I had the patience to try those perks out to see how effective they are. They aren't. But I feel like perks like these need a chance. Let's buff them!
Let's think about it. How about when you are taking a knee you have less bullet flinch when zoomed in and more accuracy? What about Guerrilla Fighter gives you an amazing amount of accuracy when behind cover? I mean you are practically behind something, JUST trigger this perk, might as well make it worth it. What is Explosives Rounds do? They don't do much area damage to me. Buff them, make them do as much area damage as Firefly with a tighter burst. This could really change Destiny weapons for the greater good of all of us. It could spark a bit of weapon diversity as well.
Think about it Bungie, and players, don't be afraid to hold on to that "bad perked" scout rifle or rocket launcher, for just one more day. Take it for a spin and it might just surprise you.

[quote]What is Explosives Rounds do?[/quote] The AOE Is not the point of explosive rounds, search it online in depth a little more but it's actually one of the best perks in the whole game. - The main reason ppl use ER is that it does 50% bonus damage to elemental shields, there's footage of it too and it actually feels like a mini elemental bonus on primaries - It has a flinch bonus due to it hitting enemies twice with both the bullet and the explosion, and in PVP the explosive can slightly blind your opponent - The AOE let's it hit around corners - there's even a general damage buff when using the perk, 20-30% bonus for body shots and roughly a 13% bonus for precision. The perk is VERY underrated
