Bring back all Y1 raids and skolas's prison of elders and all their gear at current light levels plus raid kiosks for all raids
I loved all the Y1 raids and miss playing them and also skolas's prison of elders. Many Y2 and Y3 players have never played this content and its a shame. It should all be brought to current light levels so they can experience it in a rewarding way.
* The reintroduced mechanics in the nexus mind strike strongly hint at vault of glass returning as does cozmo recently adding "Bring back the vex mythoclast" to the community wish list.
* The return of the omnigul strike hints at crota's end returning because "Omnigul's only purpose is to usher in crota's return".
I would therefore like to ask for a return of all pervious raids, and a perfected version of skolas's prison of elders (with siva fallen)!
* Bring back the vault of glass and crota's end raid at Y3 light levels and all of their weapons at Y3 light levels including the mythoclast and nechrochasm.
* Change the necrochasm to void damage so there will be at least one exotic elemental primary of each type (arc / zhalo, Solar / mythoclast, void / necrochasm).
* Bring back Skolas's prison of elders with a skolas perfected boss fight (maybe shorten the number of fights required before getting to skolas since it took too long) and all Y1 prison of elders gear at Y3 light levels.
* Introduce at the same time a raid kiosk for all raid gear so we can collect it in this kiosk to free up vault space

I was never here for year one but the weapons are fantastic. I want the fatebringer brought back so I don't have to grind for imago loop over and over again.

We've been asking for this for a long time, doubt it will ever happen at this point. Never understood their belief that removing some of the best gear in the game somehow makes the game better. Pretty asinine, and a slap in the face to everyone who kept grinding to get the best gear in Y1.

They will bring that stuff back, but not until 2017 sometime. It's like a very slow trickle of old content they keep updating for us. If they give it all to us at once, they won't be able to give us anything "new" until Destiny 2. And yes, I'm using the word "new" very loosely.

1 ReplyHonestly, i want this from the standpoint that i just really wanna be able to play through all the content with my friends... all of it. If the old stuff was made relevant again, i could convince them easily to start playing again...

That will be D2...everything that was ever in D1 brought up to 600 light level with a new exotic quest to drop every month so you can get the weapons you loved. Thank you for playing D2 beta for 3 years.

Your ideas are great. I do believe Bungie will end up doing this at some point just to appease us till the new game drops. At least I hope that's the plan.
