Max RoF scouts
It seems like people have forgotten about guns like the nl shadow 701x. their Time to kill is way to long compaired to other scouts like the mida or iron banner scout. you never see them in crucible or pve. Maybe buff their range or aim assist if not their damage.

The problem is that they their rate of fire is about the same as you usually see with an auto with focus fire.... And it always feels like weapons such as suros just end up putting things down faster at the ranges at play in this game's pvp. Suppose it's fine for pve.................. If smallarms is on...
