Now it's perk is almost unnoticeable. Sign here if you what Bungie to rework this beautiful helmet so you can both look and feel like a badass as you blink throughout the Destiny World! Edit 1: I'm not saying that it should get the old perk. I'm just saying it needs something better than what it currently has
