I had a long chat with Xbox's wonderful support team about a possible refund or item transfer between my two accounts. The problem was that I accidently bought the item through the wrong account (not the one it was intended for). So here I am with a Warlock Level 40 Pack (currently not used) waiting for it to be refunded so i can repurchase it on the correct account. However it is a consumable which means that a refund is a no-go...
They leave me a link to Bungie's website in order to ask the developers of Destiny to transfer the license of the consumable between my two accounts in order for me to enjoy the game as I usually do...
But Bungie doesn't have a live chat feature (or if it does, then I haven't found it).... How do I go about fulfilling my request without having to give out information through the forums?

Unfortunately Bungie cannot forfill your request. Bungie do not support account transfers of any kind. Your only option is to go through Microsoft, I'm sorry.
