Srsly bungie?????

I bought something from festival of the lost and it's been 3 days from my purchase and still didn't get the code for freaking resurrection emblem and now you are rewarding ppl with that!!???? Where is my code???? And yes i know i must contact costumer service but they are not REPLYING FOR 3 DAYS NOW!!!!!

  • Customer service for the Bungie store can take a rather long time to reply back to inquiries. After I ordered my pins and soundtrack when RoI came out, it took about a week for me to receive a reply and then another three days before I got my codes proper. As you can expect with a limited edition Emblem code up for grabs, the store is understandably busy trying to fill all of the orders and your request may have slipped through the cracks. Fear not, you will get your code, but it will be a bit late. Have patience and things will come. I hope this helps you.
