I'm currently using the Eon Tracer Bond, (FWC), "Sigil of the Eternal Night" (FWC), and "Carthage 0100" on my character. None of the steps I take toward the quest seem to work. I've even tried other FWC gear and had no success. Any suggestions? Edit: as suggested by quite a few users, a new chroma packaged was needed to get a more recent class item. I did this and it worked. Thanks to everyone who pointed us in the right direction!
