OK...ok...I get it...im a collector, and love having different armor sets and cool stuff. Some call it hoarding...and maybe so. However, its getting the point where playing is starting to feel like cleaning my house. My characters are encumbered...I am pretty sure the postmaster is giving my stuff to the sweeper bot to console him until he gets his damn broom back... Please...increase the vault space!!! Infinite slots would be great...but anything you do would be better than the current situation...
Very respectfully,

We dont need more space. Delete your shitty old gear that havent looked at in 3 years.
-
I am working with about eight free spaces on both armor and weapons. I can't live like this help
-
Well since they're in the mood for creating more mini vaults like the recent holiday one for our masks, what if the next one is for raid sets? Where you can safely get rid of any raid armour and weapons you can't hold or store in your current vault but still be able to retrieve a versions of it at a later date - maybe for a few marks perhaps. It even so... better than having to raid for it all over again...

Just put an infinite loop in your coding for the vault space bungie. Would mean infinite vault space. Not that hard to do. I did it on a basic applocation with touring. Can be put in the code pretty much anywhere. Just has to be linked to everything right in the end.
-
Yep I've just had to have a major vault cleanout for the 3rd time. Lots of stuff went that I wanted to keep. All my 3 guardians slots are used to store weapons as well. So postmaster fills up quick during activities. So if Bungie could make sure the postmaster would discard greens & blues in favour of legendary/ exotic engrams that would be a boon too. Or give you an option to be able to delete items in your postmaster from the app.
-
Give it up. D1 is done and all that shit you've pack ratted over the past 2-3 yrs will be irrelevant when D2 drops.
-
Ugh yes please
-
I only run out of space in the general slot, I just hoard materials and forget to delete my shaders and ships
-
You'll have to pay silver for it.

Vault size doesn't matter, if u chooses to contest ur vault with crap, that's ur problem. (Spamming exotics, legendaries, rares, etc)
-
Legendary kiosk w/choice of rolls unlocked in previous drops! Then they could reduce vault space and we'd still have access to our stuff
-
I can count how many times i have said the same thing, i even have a past bungie employee who worked on destiny as a friend. That person told me that the vault increase was at max (current size) for the xbox 360 and ps3 to handle. But being as though with RoI is not on "legacy consoles" then they should increase. The person also stated that its as easy as copying and pasted the code that added the extra slots previously and would only take a matter of hours in order to expand it exponentially.
-
Ugh, need more vault space!!!!
-
They should get rid of vault altogether. Then nobody would have problems when problem doesn't exist.
imma genius
Edited by King Nis: 10/28/2016 6:43:01 PMBungie stated they were already working on a solution and one would be on it's way some time after Rise of Iron's launch. People need to learn patience.

Man it's not even about being a collector with me. If I get a good roll on a shit weapon you have to keep it. Bungies balances will turn that into a god gun in the next update. You have to hoard sh+t.
-
Agreed. A major part of the fun for me is collecting as much cool armor and weapons as I can. And I like to hang onto infusion fuel as well. More vault space would be tremendously appreciated.

Edited by ViolentTik: 10/28/2016 6:47:22 PMThey could always do a kiosk for all weapons / collection board that does not require you to buy them back. One would get the gun....then it would unlock only after being fully upgraded including light level. Once upgraded you can then take it from the kiosk at anytime. Weapons taken from the kiosk would be locked so one could not infuse them into other gear immediately to boost. When light level increases one can simply use say 5 strange coins or something to increase individual guns light on a limited basis per week...or have the gunsmith do it at arms day. This would greatly reduce need for vault space and appease the collectors. I have played this game long enough to know that these weapons are many times just skins on stats that old guns had. If we had access to all guns in the game at all times it could open up some fun challenge modes easily.

Even with getting rid of duplictate weapons and gear(i.e. Trials, Iron Banner, Variks, etc.), space is still an issue. An increase in space should be implemented soon.

I've quit playing because of this.

Obviously the legacy consoles are holding us back
Not
I can't understand those that are against it....? If you don't need/want more space and it is given, it still has no affect on you whatsoever. Either you choose to use it or you don't. It doesn't change the game play, stats or anything of the sort. I think some people just feel the need to complain!
