I think we can all agree that the crucible is in a weird spot right now. Get ready for a long post! And I'd love to discuss, as well. People say shotguns are OP, Hawksaw/Perdition, Vendor Palindrome, Grasp/Clever Dragon, Matador, and of course TLW run rampant. But what about Auto Rifles other than doctrine (which i barely see anymore anyway), what about The Nirwen's Mercy family? What about handcannons that are so unfortunate as to not get a range perk Here's my idea for some crucible balance: Pulse Rifles: -Decrease the base range of the Grasp of Malok family -Hawksaw family untouched ~here's the big one~ -Remove the Nirwen's Mercy family completely and merge it into the Spare Change family. -A small increase to the Spare Change family 's impact to allow for cleaner two-burst kills. -Increased base stability to spare change family. Autos: -A universal buff to the headshot damage multiplier - this would decrease the time to kill at all ranges, and would reward good accuracy. -Keep the Doctrine family the same as it is now. It still kills as fast as grasp within intended ranges Handcannons: -Remove Bloom completely, which most know as ghost bullets, but keep the heavy damage drop off. This means that range would just mean you could snipe better, but it would make handcannons with stability perks viable without the fear of your bullet not going where it's supposed to. What we don't want is House of Wolves range, though.
