Hey why exactly did this beautiful weapon get its exotic perk changed and I'm talking about the "on a hit has a chance to start health regeneration' it feels like an ineffective red death in my opinion.
Please bring this back.

Because getting heals just be hitting something is cheesy. Healing is not the focus of the gun, it is a secondary bonus. It is also a better version of life support, so it's still great to have.

Edit: Thinking about it, I can see why they changed it. Y1 Regime you had no choice but to take Focused Fire, which slowed down the gun's firerate and made it less likely you would hit the bottom half of the magazine in a firefight with another player. However, Spinning Up would start right in that sweet spot and would turn the tide of any fight in the user's favor, making it unbalanced.
