Bungie I've been a loyal customer/player for you guys for a great while and I never ever have any of these issues but.i could really use some assistance. I was very excited for the festival of the lost in destiny and I was so excited to see all the available items that there were to offer with this update. I saw the preview of the "treasures of the lost" and as soon as I saw the"ghost ghost" and the "s-35 jealousy" sparrow my eyes lit up. I'm a huge junkie for items that are only up for a limited time, and I was ready to do whatever it took to get it and it got to a point where I really screwed up. I had purchased about $50 worth of silver just for two items. I had accumulated about 20-25 of these treasure packages and I got EVERY SINGLE ITEM EXCEPT THE TWO I WANTED. I'm so sorry to contact you about this but once I had heard that people wrre getting the sparrow/ghost out of their first five crates I was very very upset. I honestly want to cry. Is there anything at all you guys can do???? All i wanted was the sparrow and the ghost ghost. I don't need a refund I just really want those two items. Please let me.know as soon as you can because I am very distraught at the moment and I just really need help. Thank you for taking the time to read this, I really appreciate it.

Uh... this isn't Bungie's fault in any way. You just have really bad luck and they can't do anything about that.
