Though other games with festivals and events DO introduce new items (cosmetic or not) and leave them in the game, Bungie walks to the beat of a different drum. And I see where Bungie is coming from. It's an event. Once the event ends. Things go back to normal. Did you notice anyone use their masks after last year's Festival of the Lost? 'Cause I didn't. Given that Bungie isn't having us pay for this 'festival', I would say: leave it alone. If Bungie wants to take out event items, fine. It's not like they're removing weapons or armour. Just cosmetics. The day they remove a weapon or helmet is the day posts like this should happen. Not for a broom sparrow that likely does the same thing that the other Legendary sparrows do.
