Shaxx Supremacy Bounty NO REWARD!

So I completed all of the Shaxx Supremacy Bounty and turned it in. All I got was 4 Strange Coins and 4 Motes! What gives!?!? Why did I NOT get the reward I'm supposed to? Very displeased right now. Link posted too.
