For those who think Nothing Manacles are OP, you have clearly never used them so you might as well leave now because you have nothing useful to add or comment. First off, yes they do make scatter grenades a whole lot better. They actually become useful but seeming though we are devoting a whole exotic to them, they should at least make scatter grenades consistent. All it takes is one person to be yellow barring in a match and suddenly my scatter grenades turn into wet sponges. They don't track for rubbish, if they do track they do less damage than the Swarm Grenade and oh boy... you gotta love that delayed bounce and then come down 6 seconds later. It get's better because sometimes they don't detonate and just sit there uselessly on the ground. Oh and don't even start on the varying damage output values. Sometimes a scatter piece will hit for 28 damage and other times will hit for 4 damage even though both grenades are equally well placed. Also I don't understand how an enemy player is just able to run through a perfectly placed scatter grenade and take next to no damage from the grenade which should be tracking them! It's no wonder why everyone is just going to the Ophidian Aspects, on Warlocks. Buff exotic armour to you know... work!
