Concerning the forge issues, I agree, there's a bit of a sync issue that's occurring in the forge that really needs to be fixed. P.S. - Most of my light upgrades have come from blue engrams turning into legendaries. I'd much prefer blue engrams continuing to go to the postmaster if I miss them, and green items are where I get most of my weapon and armor parts for free. They're simple enough to dismantle when taking a quick breather. If your inventory is filling up with green engrams, then you may be carrying too much with you or you're not taking the time to dismantle them. P.P.S. - It'd be better to request some type of auto-dismantle when walking over green regular equipment pickups, then everyone would be happy.
