Missing weapon
I lost my outbreak prime I better get another one at Max light and I want a trip to lighthouse because I got 9 0 but it didn't give me lighthouse as well as the. 7 0 rewards

2 RepliesAlso, strange. You LACK THE GRIMOIRE While I know the IN-GAME Grimoire reads weirdly when switching characters, I was under the impression that the website did not suffer that. So I'm going with the 75% certainty that you're full of it :-) Thanks for playing.

A) If you moved it around with your Companion App then check the Vault Sometimes the Companion app "misplaces" your item while moving it around. Sometimes within 24-48 hours it's either in your vault or a random character (usually the vault). But not 100% of the time. B) If you truly had the gun, you can use the Exotic Kiosk to get another one C) Bungie does not restore lost characters or loot, regardless of the cause

Regarding your Outbreak Prime. Have you look in your Exotic Weapon Kiosk? It may not be Max Light, but if you did obtain it and lost it. I would check there. Outside of that, Bungie does not restore lost or deleted items. Deleted items and character policy. https://www.bungie.net/7_Deleted-Item-and-Character-Policy/en/Help/Article/12211
