Hello, so I was told by a Bungie Employee, that the best place to come with my question is to bungie support on the forums, so I hope I am in the right spot.
Over the summer my step dad called Xbox, and long story short My account got banned. He tried to get money back and he claimed I was under age which I am NOT. And they banned my account. Not banned from Destiny, Just xbox live, so no you guys (Bungie) did not ban me.
I wanted to know, Is there any possibility I could get back one of the Blue Skeleton Masks from Festival of the Lost 2015. I had 4 of them (3 after I deleted one), and I would love to get it back. That is the main thing I came here to ask. If its possible to actually help and give me that item, that would be awesome. Other items that I would love to have back, is the VIP rewards from TTK, and the New Years Emblem.

I hope someone at bungie support reads this, and it would be greatly appreciated, especially with FOTL 2016 coming around.

This looks like Xbox account problem. Should search the internet for xbox underage ban.
