I had a Xbox one when this game had came out, I had a lot of time put into the game. Then my Xbox got the error screen off death. So I changed platforms. Its now a few months later and I fell like playing the game on my PS4 but I don't want to restart. My progress, I don't mind buying the stuff agian. It's just the progress that I would like to transfer over. Does anyone know what I can do?
