Error code weasel with full green connection and no lag?

I don't understand why I am kicked to the title screen multiple times per day, seeing the "Contacting Destiny Servers..." message and getting error code weasel when I have a hard line connection, a full green connection' and the game plays and updates just fine. I guess the most likely explanation is a temporarily "borderline" internet connection that makes the server think I've been disconnected? Anyone else having the same problem? Can anyone verify my theory or recommend any more pointers to help cut down on the errors?
