Rise of Iron Exotics that need a buff; Khvostov 7G-0X, Young Wolf's Howl...

While these weapons are fun to play with, I feel they are less practical than most Legendary or other Exotic weapons in the same category. Let's start with the Khvostov 7G-0X. I'm so glad they brought this gun back, and I love the amount of customization they gave us with this weapon... but the fact of the matter is, there's nothing the Khvostov can do that a Legendary auto-rifle can't do better. It you have a god roll on an Arminius-D, Doctrine of Passing, Soulstealer's Claw, or the new Genesis Chain~ auto rifle, there's no point to having this thing take up your Exotic slot. Two things this gun needs; one is "The Life Exotic" perk, which you find on Exotic class items. This would allow you to equip the gun at the same time as another Exotic weapon... since the Khvostov has no intrinsic perk, this would be in no way overpowered. Second, is to improve the customization on this gun... specifically, the Full-Auto, Burst Fire, and Semi-Auto perks. These perks feel like a missed opportunity; while it's cool that you can change the gun's firing mode, it doesn't provide any real benefit. Applying Burst Fire does not turn this gun into a Pulse Rifle, and applying Semi-Auto does not turn it into a Scout Rifle... and I think that's exactly what it should do. With the Burst Fire perk applied, the gun would gain all traits inherent of a Pulse Rifle and it's magazine capacity would be brought down to between 24-36 depending on what perks and rate-of-fire you chose. With the Semi-Auto perk applied, the gun would gain all the traits inherent of a Scout Rifle and it's magazine capacity would be brought down to 16-24 depending on what perks and rate-of-fire you choose. Full Auto would remain unchanged, and behave exactly the way it does now. That's it for the Khvostov... now let's talk about Young Wolf's Howl. It looks so much cooler than any of my other Exotic Swords, but unfortunately it can't hold a candle to my Raze-Lighter or Dark-Drinker in terms of performance. It's only real problem is ammo consumption. It costs 10 energy for the RT/R2 attack, even though it does less damage than other Exotic Swords, which only use up 5 energy. It also has less total energy than other Exotic Swords. So the solution here is much more simple; make it so that the RT/R2 attack only consumes 5 energy, and give it a max of 81 energy (the same as all other Exotic Swords) with all Scabbard perks chosen. Raze-Lighter would still be the better option, but at least it would make Young Wolf's Howl more viable. Post your thoughts, and leave a Like if you agree. I really enjoy using these weapons, but I think they could be better.
