Exotic engrams glitching at 391
392 light level getting 391 helmets primarys and chest pieces. There not working as intended. Anybody at bungie would be helpful in a response if u know this is happening.

I'd say your low weapon light scores are throwing off the decrypt values. Try getting those up before decrypting exotics, especially the armor ones because the chest and boots are hardest to get to 400.
