My account was hacked and all 3 of my day 1 characters and vault were deleted.
I had a front page of reddit post going into detail about this but with out any permission or knowledge on my part till it was too late. I didn't give him a password yet Microsoft let him change my password. So even though my grimoire was maxed before roi proving it, there is literally nothing I can do?I mean I lost all my stuff ,I know all legendaries will never be got back but I never used any sparks of light yet they are gone too??? So even with the police report I had to file (the guy also gave himself 150 in digital gift cards and I had to get them refunded) there is NOTHING I can do? No way to get my sparks of light back???? Nothing.

I'm sorry, but nothing can be done. Bungie is not responsible for any deleted items or characters and they will not replace/restore them. Unfortunately, Bungie doesn't restore or refund any lost items and/or characters. If this was indeed a hack, you'll have to contact Microsoft as this is a hardware issue. Bungie does not refund lost or deleted characters. No matter the cause. Make sure your account is secure in the future.
