anyone else waiting for the interview on this one?
i'm not taking a side either way, i think they are a bunch of pricks, but they earned w1 and it did seem like the new "bridge mechanic" directly cost them their title
they were interviews IMMEDIATELY after winning w1; and bungie made an official forum post about it WITHIN MINUTES - - - nothing but dead silence other than twitter

I can understand their frustration, but I also think they are being very childish and immature about how they are handling it, blaming Bungie for it and bashing the game instantly after, calling it a "shitty game" and just whining in general about it, as if they (Bungie) purposely did it to them alone and only wanted them specifically to suffer. It's a mechanic, they or anyone else could repeat that 100 times and receive the same results. On top of that, I've seen other members of Redeem rant about "speed run timer pauses" and act in a similar, childish way towards that topic. In my opinion, I can understand being upset due to not achieving their goal, but you have to be more professional and mature about how you handle your "failures". These guys are some of the best PvE players in Destiny and are very popular for their accomplishments, acting in this manner only makes you look worse than you would've if you accepted it and moved on. They could easily still be World Record holders for Heroic Mode with their skill and teamwork, no reason to "burn bridges" with Bungie after a still very spectacular run. It really sucks when players are bounced because of a bug disguised as an anti-exploit. Of course, this doesn't stop Redeem from trying to beat Die Busfahrers's time - shame there's no incentive in breaking records as well as making them.
