Ok i just did a small amount of testing using the Hawkmoon because I realized I was hitting 106, the regular LitC hit, waayyy more than usual. After my testing I found out that the LitC and Holding Aces perks proc ALL 3 TIMES per clip now. That means that the chances having both perks procing at once, hitting +120s and stuff, is now impossible??? So now its just a handcannon with 3 lucks in the chamber? With a max hit of 106? What the shit. Did they lower the chances of both the perks procing or what?
