Thorn and Gallerjorn quests won't give Grimoire.
I've gotten both in Year 3 since Year 1 RNG wasn't my best friend, and still the spots in the Grimoire won't open up. Is there a reason for this, or is it a bug that hasn't been fixed yet.

try grabbing them from the exotic weapons blueprints by the vanguard.

Same for me. I did not aquire Thorn in Y1 but just completed the Y3 quest this last weekend. Grimoire card still locked.
