Moments of Triumph Order
Still waiting to receive my moments of triumph gear that was ordered in June.
I have tried numerous attempts to contact Bungie about this to no avail.
I have set a deadline on my last communication of October 18 2016 before filing a theft and fraud suit through my Visa account and with the Federal Trade Commission.

They shipped all of them only a few days ago. Mine just came in today. You should get it within a week I would presume.

It's Bungie. Shouldn't be surprised that they are incompetent and drag their feet at every opportunity. They have your money now so they know you'll wait it out until they can get their shit together. Been waiting a month for my shirt and still haven't received it.

I had the same problem, ordered mine September 18th and still hasn't come. They also appeared to delete my Bungie store account as well... never would've guessed they would be no better than Chinese con artists.

4 Repliesdid you not read the description, they said IN THE DETAILS of the shirt, that they will only start making them after moments of triumphs are over. Now with what i would assume to be thousands of custom orders, they need some time to make them all. I've gotten my shirt a while back, but i don't know about the rest of them

But a frkn shirt with my gamertag on it? C'mon bungie I could probably send a diff custom shirt company your design for the MOT shirt and get an exact replica in a week.... This a joke get your crap together your better than this and those of us who have been trying our hardest to support you even when you CONTINUOUSLY fail over and over again over the simplest stupid stuff.... It gets OLD REAL FAST. I want to believe you guys are still the same people who gave so MUCH to their fans over and over again with halo and your previous titles, but I just can't anymore. You have changed for the worst in all the worst possible ways and I just can't continue to support this garbage anymore.

It took them about 2 months to respond to a support request on my order. Based on that, I don't expect it to actually ship until sometime next year.

Didn't get mine either. I'll probably be moved to a new address by the time the damn shirt gets to my current address... I'll never get it.
