Await the call.
I have a quest "Echoes of the Past" and im at the quest step "Await the Call" it says to finish the Rise of Iron Campaign which I have but it says I havent ive done all the missions over just to be sure and ive also tried to delete the quest still nothing !!!!

Get the quest back from the kiosk then there's two things you can attempt to see if it fixes it: 1) Play through the story missions in order on your own to try and force the quest to accept that you've finished the missions 2) Manually go to patrol and pick up the scan patrol mission that would normally be the next step in that quest. It may jump start the quest to move on to the next step. If neither of those work, then you'll just have to wait until Bungie fixes it.
