"Gain the ability to reflect energy- based projectiles when Guarding with a Sword. Increased Sword Ammo capacity." Ok...what sword(s) does this work on? It sure as hell isn't working on my Raze Lighter. I'm still stuck at 68. Something I'm missing here?

I don't have it yet, but I assume it doesn't stack with Scabard... Bungie hates letting perks stack.
