I was using a farming method earlier on eye of the gatelord and used 16 3oC, the return was 4 exotics. No Backup Plans (350), Red Death (350), Patience and Time (350) and Truth (351). I thought a drop rate of 1 in 4 was incredibly reasonable. The last time I run the farming technique was about a week before ROI dropped, I chewed through 24 3oC with only a return of 2. Has anyone else noticed an increase in drops or is this just by chance? Two of my drops were back to back about half way through.
