Hey! I think maybe a clan (any clan) should be able to decide on clan shaders, emblems, and ornaments to customize their character and show they are in a clan besides just a little clan name under their GT or PSN Username. Note that any shaders, emblems, or ornaments cannot be copied off any of those that exist already. For example, and clan cannot copy off a game based shader and cannot copy off another clan's shader. Also your clan should have at least two or three people in it. It wouldn't make sense if you just design a shader for yourself.
