We are having the same problem and it's so frustrating. My daughter has figured out a way that has helped the three of us play, maybe it will help you, just know it is a pain. Have everyone sign off there character go to settings, click blue ray, click persistent storage, then click clear. Now go to network , click advanced setting, click alternate MAC address then select clear it should give you a restart option pick that. When you have restarted turn off your Xbox and then unplug router and modem and wait a few minutes, plug back in a wait for it to come on ( we check our phone for wireless) then sign on to your Xbox as normal and it should work. We have been doing this for a couple of weeks and have only not had it work once. To bungee: we have been loyal to you and have played for 2 years we now have 3 boxes so we can play together and it seems like you are not as loyal to us. I think this is the last upgrade we will purchase unless this is fixed. Good luck to those trying to play together hope this helps
