How do people even get flawless anymore????
Before I start, I'll mention that I have played in the past and achieved flawless previously.
Now I'll begin. I have been playing since beta playing and been through all ups and downs of the crucible. When Trials of Osiris first came out, We had times where my teams got completely wiped first game and others were a breeze to get through. Now I can't even get past 4-5 marks without having to wipe my card and start anew. This matchmaking is so inconsistent now. One match I'll play against players where it's an decent win. Then the very next match we can't even get a shot off due to the other team knowing exactly every strat in the book. This causes me to (at the current time) never reach the lighthouse anymore. I took a long break from trials due to this.
Now that trials is back up, I figured to play again since my k/d is decent. But still the same thing happens and I can't even get past four anymore without getting wiped. Is there any advice for someone like me to get flawless anymore?

You and me both buddy. Went flawless easy in Y1, skipped it since the gear sucked in Y2. This new gear has got me wanting it... but the hit reg, lag, weasel, and constant issues with sbmm make me sigh

Find a team, stick with your team and synchronize your play styles. Call outs are very important, even when you're dead switch your spectator view to make callouts for your team mates. Use good weapon loadouts and stick to your comfort zone, and above all keep a level head and remember it's a game. Getting frustrated or angry will only make you play worse. Good luck!

But since I left destiny for like 7 months during the taken king and came back. It's impossible. I basically came back to shit. Pulse rifles were now garbage except for 1 single pulse in the Grasp of malok. Hand cannons were garbage except for like a God roll eyasluna. If it wasnt a perfect God roll it was pretty trash. Snipers.... I've always hated destiny pvp, but I despise it more than ever since coming back towards the end of taken king. It's filth. They -blam!-ed up crucible more than it ever was. And then they basically left the meta alone as we transitioned into Rise of Iron. That's probably the worst part. They took a shit meta, and just said, meh, let's keep it for another year.
