Wow! Even after todays patch, STILL NO FIX FOR LOCAL FIRETEAM ISSUES! Not even a MENTION of the continuous issue!

As deep as Activision's pockets are, dammit Bungie, swallow what pride you have left and ask for some help from people who actually know what they are doing. Call of Duty doesn't have this issue. For the sake of all the people who support you and have been informing you of this mess for over a month, this is a giant slap in the face to them. Obviously you can't figure it out. You tell us nothing other than you're working on it. Luckily, I have a workaround to your broken mess, but it doesn't work for a lot of people. I just can't believe it's taking this long to fix this issue. And NO, it's not on our end. To all the people that are still suffering from this issue, it sucks you are STILL having issues. I posted a video from SignOfZodiac in an effort to help everyone. See, even though I have a workaround, I still care enough to help people having issues the best I can. I guess it's easier for me since I don't have millions of dollars to count or 6 week vacations to plan. https://youtu.be/WjkYx3J8NYo I really hope this video helps some people! Edit: Absolutely pathetic! They didn't even mention the local fireteam issue in the weekly update! People, that's how much they give a shit about players who can't connect to local fiteteams. Enough with trying to communicate with Bungie. My words are now going straight to Activision. Edit 2: Here is a link to Activision support. Maybe with enough feedback, they will actually get this issue fixed! https://support.activision.com/Contact_Us

  • Bump. Thanks for keeping this issue in the forefront. Agreed...Serious issue that needs to be addressed, quickly! Appreciate the links for both a workaround and feedback to Activision. I'm in the same boat, want to play using more than one console on the same home LAN, could do so just fine until this local MM "issue" cropped up. Just based on the numbers of people sounding off here in the forums, you'd think we'd have Bungie's attention. Help us out, Bungie! Lots of people here saying they just want to enjoy playing.
