Future War Cult Exotic Quest Not Working? (Solved)
I have been quite excited to hit Rank 25 in Future War Cult for some time now. I finally did so not long ago. When trying to do the quest to get the exotic class item, even though I have a FWC Emblem (Sigil of Defiance), shader (Nineveh 8611), and class item (Eon Tracer Bond), I am getting no progress whatsoever towards the quest. I believe it may be due to a bug or I am doing something wrong. Please help.
Edit: For those having similar issues, just hope for old class items from your faction packages until Bungie fixes the new class items.

I came across a solution. When I hit rank 26, I got the legendary version of the "Circle of War" bond (which I believe is guarenteed). Having that instead of the new Warlock Bond worked for the quest.
