Hey Bungie, I purchased silver on Friday, got the bonus silver, but not the 1000 that I paid for (I purchased the 1000 + 100 silver bonus package). I get that sometimes problems happen; that's fine. What isn't fine is when the company doesn't issue any kind of statement nor effectively communicates with the people who are having problems. Based upon the posts in the forums, this is kind of a big problem. I filled out a form, but have heard nothing. I reset my system and reinstalled my account onto my Xbox... no silver. Look, I love your game. I'm not going to lie and say that I'm going to quit playing, but it would be great to get what I (and so many others) have paid for. Please do something to let your customers know what is happening and that it is being worked on. We've been given no indication of this so far. PS: With microtransactions, I would suggest that you implement a better help system. The help forums are really frustrating, especially when there's money on the line.
