Hi, Those of us who preordered from Amazon UK did not receive the Iron Gjallarwing. After talking to Amazon's support I was told that Activision has said the Iron Gjallarwing is US exclusive (which I'm fairly sure isn't true, people who ordered from PSN UK got it? Not to mention there is a video on Destiny's official youtube channel specifically relating to the Iron Gjallarwing in the UK, see linked). I told him they should contact Bungie, not Activision, but he was adamant that I needed to talk to Activision. I went ahead and contacted Activison's support, and guess what, they told me that if I was missing content I had to contact Bungie. Bungie conveniently has no proper means of communicating with them, so I'm left having to post here in the hopes that someone from Bungie might respond. I went back to Amazon with the information that Activision also thinks Bungie should be contacted, not them, but I was told their support can't do anything about the fact that their company is talking to the wrong developer entirely. When I pointed out that Amazon had advertised the Iron Gjallarwing on their website (which they've now conveniently removed all traces of) and I did not get what I paid for, they offered me a refund, which was not the outcome I wanted, I just wanted what I bloody paid for. This whole ordeal has left a bitter taste in my mouth regarding all parties involved, and made me realise how helpless you are if a big company decides it doesn't care that they've made a mistake - you'll just get passed around until you eventually give up. Can someone from Bungie tell me is the Iron Gjallarwing US exclusive, and if so why was it advertised as being available in the UK, and if it isn't, why is Activision telling Amazon that it is?
