Hello! I have a problem... Constantly shining a light icon over the Tower. Several times I checked all the Vanguards if they don't have a reputation or a quests but I don't. Yet I still lit up the Tower... I checked out and signed up, but the problem still remains. What's the difference? It's confusing to me :(
