Oh boy oh boy am I going to get some annoyed comments for this, but hence I shall make it clear what I want out of the sniper nerf from the get-go before people jump down my throat: Hunter Buffs, no Nerfs to the other classes (as much as I'd like them, to buff the Hunter would be more beneficial and the most BALANCED thing to do, I am a reasonable Guardian, who enjoys to reason and not Nerf the Everloving F*ck out of everyone's fun). And thus my actual post regarding this begins:
EDIT 1: I'm spoilering my initial post and deleting some nonsensical rambles, because it is now IRRELEVANT but don't want to delete it so you know what I thought and that in testing I HAVE NOW CORRECTED myself, thank you for being considerate.

The recent sniper debuffs only benefit 2 classes...you can Guess which one isn't.
The Hunter can not stack enough armour to be immune to a 1000-Yard archetype sniper during their super post-and-pre-nerf.
My experience was me maxing out my Arcblade with armour, wearing an 'Arc based subclass gets more armour' and still getting precision shot by snipers (without Luck too). Shadowshot I can not comment on, because I never stack max armour with it to test it, and Golden Gun has got that Dark-Soulsy I-frame business because the cast animation leaves you vulnerable, but like reviving from radiance you can just snipe them down if you know your timing.

BIG EDIT: Huge thanks to my friend Golden Claptrap for helping me figure out which supers have that armour buff:
All tests were performed at maximum armour, without and then with the corresponding 'XXX Subclass gets bonus armour' to see if such made a difference and then with any exotics that grant armour buffs.

Can take a shot - apologies for misinformation, my latest crucible experiences must have been 'scraped my knee for 6 health then death'.
Nightstalker CAN ALSO TANK A SHOT.
A Gunslinger CAN NOT tank a 100-yard archetype shot, WITH AND WITHOUT a 'Solar based subclass gets bonus armour' with MAXED armour

Voidwalker:
In turn I have also discovered that a max armour Voidwalker can also be oneshot with maxed armour. About to test with 'void based subclass = bonus armour etc etc, possibly combo with the Ram and Dire Skull, stay tuned.
The Ram Also leaves you dead, at 214 a crit headshot with the 1000-Yard
The Dire Skull is a survivor with a whopping 136 being taken. We found a winner.
SUNSINGER:
All 3 variants can take the shot, 194 for Fireborn and Song of Flamer, 175 as Radiant Skin.
STORMTRANCE:
CAN TANK A SHOT without 'Arc based subclass _____ etc' perk.

Titans:
Do I even have to test this?
Sunbreaker = Not killed WITHOUT bonus chestpiece perk.
Striker survives without Unstoppable as well...and obviously with.
Defender: With overshields from Armour/Blessing = Survives. Weapons obviously not, it buffs damage and isn't a 'roaming super'. Didn't test during cast animation but I ASSUME that it's like golden gun where there is a few ticks of animation where one is immune. PLEASE CORRECT ME ON THIS IF I AM MISTAKEN.
