EXOTICS NOT DECRYPTING AT HIGHER LIGHT - BEWARE!!!
First, I have saved 90+ exotic engrams for this update and had a solid plan to jump my light up. Everything was great till I hit 355.
I have been at 355 light for just over 24 hours. Every exotic has opened at 355 and should be at LEAST 356. While it is probably more than 7, that is when I started counting and this is broken.
NOT 1 exotic has opened at 356... legendaries... sometimes, up to 358 so far.
So WHY are the exotics, which are 'supposed' to be the cream of the crop not functioning how they used to?
I, and I am sure many others, do NOT want to waste time, exotic engrams, glimmer, motes of light, and legendary marks pointlessly.
BUNGIE, did you nerf the exotic drops or does someone just need to fix this!?
Please fix this so those that were prepared can utilize the system. Thank you

I'm having the same issue. I'm 351 and my last 15 legendaries have been 351. Been stuck at this level all weekend. Guess I'm never going to raid at this point. I also had a 351 primary I put into my hung jury and it turned into 352. Not sure how that's posdible.

4 RepliesEdited by kklathan8613: 9/24/2016 9:21:34 PMBetween 350 and 365 exotic Engrams seem to follow the legendary engram trend of having a 50% chance or higher to decrypt at your current overall light level instead of at 1 light above it. Once I hit 365 every exotic engram decrypted unto an upgrade at least one light over my current overall light level. The most I saw was 3 Light over. Ironically while in the 350-364 overall light level hell any legendary that decrypted from a rare or exotic from a Legendary was behaved like the 365+ In that it was a guarenteed upgrade and at up to 3 over my current overall ligjt
