How to ensure that others are at Archon's Forge
So like many players in Destiny I play solo. I have noticed that many people are having problems running Achon's forge consistently do to there never being any one there to run it with when you arrive.
Well here is a trick I learned to be able to run it with other randoms consistently.
When you arrive at the Archon's Forge, if its empty simply jump down and run past it down into the next area that mobs spawn. Kill the mobs and turn around and [b]WALK[/b] back up to the forge. You should get the pop up that there is an active event in the zone you are about to enter and as you round the last corner you will see there is people actively running the forge. Have fun and enjoy the carnage!
This worked for me every time the past couple of nights so should work for you too.
It appears that the empty zones before and after Archon's Forge are like a match making zones. The first zone seems inconsistent but going through the forge and out the other end and back seems to give more time to find an instance with other players.
If this has already been posted I'm sorry. Just noticed there is a lot of complaining about not being able to run it so figured I should post this up for others who didn't learn this trick on their own.

I have noticed, you not only have to [b]walk[/b] back, but you can't fly up the rocks! You have to single jump up the rocks and stuff, too high, find a lower spot to jump onto!

It is soooo sad that we are all ecstatic that we found a way to make Bungie's broke ass Game Mode work. It's even sadder, were afraid it will change or get nerfed.

Works to some degree. Front entrance has worked once out of dozens of tries. Rear entrance maybe 1/4. I've now done 23-24 forge events, but I've only landed a single LL improvement... Of 1 pt on the gear slot. Pretty bad. This morning I ran 3 greens and a purple and got... 2 blue engrams. I may be done until they update this thing. It seems pretty broken between drop rate for the keys, matchmaking, and absolute shit drops.

Yesterday me and a friend were doing it together, for probably three hours. It was almost always full (6 people) and then whenever we ran out of offering we just found more on the ground. When people left, more showed up in just a couple minutes. It could've gone forever, but we had to end it.

This works. It is a lot of fun when there are 8 Guardians making offerings back to back.
