I'm ready to quit destiny. Not because of the content, or the iffy updates, or the gameplay.
For almost 3 years now, I havent been able to connect with people that play off the same connection as me. Since the start of destiny, I couldnt connect with my father or my friends who brought their console over. I made infrequent posts about it, asked around a lot, and tried dozens of "fixes." Not a single one worked. Bungie has hardly been trying to fix it. If I cant play with my dad, who only ever gets to play this game, and plays it because I do, then there's no point.
Every time either of us tries to join the other (Xbox invite, xbox join, party invite, in game join, etc.), we get the error "Cant navigate to destination, not all players are currently joined in a fireteam." Tried reboots, renaming the consoles, cleaning discs, using both wired and wireless connection, gateway reboots, clearing mac addresses.. None of it works. No one has an answer for it either.
Bungie, please fix this, or you're losing a customer. Im beyond tired of it. Its aggravating. Its upsetting. It ruins the experience. I just want to play ONE raid with my father. ONE.
