Gives guardian badass sword for doing his work. Proceeds to send guardian to make a legendary weapon only to have it modified by the very thing that killed his friends. Now you might be asking how come rasputin didnt nuke us or the fallen from orbit to keep them away from siva? Well rasputin has tried in the past but for some reason every time he sends a nuke at us it fails to detonate and our ghost just turns it into glimmer for our crippling heavy synth addiction. Well rasputin being the stellar guy he is not wanting to support our addiction no longer sends nukes at us. He also feels that there is a slight chance siva will modifiy us and we will no longer be addicted to heavy ammo. As for the fallen same thing only he's trying to keep them from stealing his jam collection so instead he convinces them siva is cherry jam. The rest is history.
