6-8am: -Suddenly.. I am awake. -(Random wake up timetable.) -I realise.. I'm still alive. -Stare at the ceiling for 5 minutes as I have for the 1,000,000x time. - I recite the Jedi code x5-x10 times while mediating for 10 minutes. [i]There is no Emotion, There is Peace. There is no Ignorance, There is Knowledge. There is no Passion, There is Serenity. There is no Chaos, There is Harmony. There is no Death, There is the Force.[/i] - I proceed to go on social media to update self on current affairs and news. - I then decide whether or not I have the strength to work out (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday) is Cardio (Thursday&Friday) weight training. - Take a cold shower. - Make the same breakfast. 9am - 12pm: - I've come to a realisation once again "Oh that's right I have no life." - Figure out what to do next, check for emails and proceed to stare at my phone all day.
